Our U19 netballers competed in the National finals of the National Cup. The excitement for this match around school was palpable and as always, our players rose to the challenge, with determination and resilience.
Following an outstanding semi-final hosted at NLCS against The Grammar School at Leeds, our U19 squad travelled to the University of Hertfordshire to compete in the National finals against Millfield School. Both teams fought hard, pushing each other to the wire. It was a phenomenal game and although our girls narrowly lost 44 – 46 to the sporting powerhouse, they all displayed the grit, strength and team spirit that epitomises our NLCS students. An outstanding result and we are immensely proud of all of them.
