Copies of the above and related documents are held at the Senior School Office for consultation by parents. You may also contact the Senior School Office, during school hours, on 020 8951 6443 for hard copies which can also be made available in large print.

Complaints policy

North London Collegiate School takes all complaints seriously. Students, alumnae, members of the public etc. who wish to raise a complaint relating to the school should email their complaint to the School Office office@nlcs.org.uk providing as much detail as possible.

An appropriate member of staff will be in contact to discuss your complaint within 10 working days of receipt of your email. If the complaint is not resolved, you have the option then of referring your complaint to the Headmistress.

Parents of registered pupils who wish to raise a complaint should follow the procedure outlined in the Complaints Policy.


DSL contact details:

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the whole school is Mrs Nicola Dawson, Deputy Head (Pastoral).

Mrs Dawson can be contacted on 020 8951 6368 during school hours, or during out of hours / out of term by telephoning the Duty School Keeper on 07721 022 807 (24 hours) who will refer the call on.
