The ONL Community

NLCS is a community for life, with relationships that extend far beyond a student’s years at Canons.

Old North Londoners (ONLs) are a diverse and dynamic network of former pupils. Parents and staff are recognised as honorary ONLs, reflecting the important role they play in the life of the school and the wider community.

Together, ONLs and honorary ONLs bring a wealth of experience, expertise and ambition spanning industries, continents and generations. Yet wherever life takes them, they remain connected by a shared bond with NLCS and a genuine willingness to support one another.

GIVING BACK

One of the most valuable ways ONLs and honorary ONLs can stay connected with the school is by sharing their time, knowledge and experience with the next generation.

Whether speaking at conferences, taking part in careers conventions, offering mentoring and networking opportunities, or supporting school events, members of the community play an important role in helping current pupils explore their interests and navigate future pathways.

These contributions strengthen the connection between past and present members of the NLCS community, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement while ensuring that the spirit of support and generosity continues to thrive across generations.
