The tour includes reception, the fitness studio, the sports hall, the Alexander Room (dance studio) and the swimming pool.

There are two numbered buttons on the right which will take you to different areas of the centre. The ‘1’ button is automatically selected at the start. The ‘2’ button will take you to the swimming pool; choosing the ‘1’ button after this will take you back to the fitness studio.
