Our netball teams continue to impress and excel in all competitions.

The Senior squad (U19’s) have accomplished a historic feat by securing a spot in the National Schools Finals to be held at Oundle School on March 16. This marks a watershed moment in the history of NLCS, as our netballers prepare to compete against 17 other Regional qualifiers in a tournament-style competition for the very first time.

Furthermore, the U19’s showcased their prowess at the University of Worcester and University of SW England Independent Schools League Tournament, emerging unbeaten in the former. Notably, they clinched victories against Berkhamsted and Oakham and secured draws against Wrekin College and Millfield. At the U of SW Round, they triumphed over Berkhamsted and Wrekin College but narrowly missed out on the tournament championship title following a loss to Millfield.

In addition, our U14/15/16 and Seniors have all earned spots in the Middlesex finals scheduled for February 28 at LEH School. The U16’s are gearing up to face Putney for a quarter-final berth in the Sisters in Sport National Cup competition.

While the U14’s put up a valiant effort, narrowly missing out on a quarter-final spot in the National Plate competition, the U13’s are primed to compete in the Sisters in Sport National Plate competition quarter-finals against Woldingham on February 20 at NLCS.

With each team’s determination and commitment, NLCS netball continues to thrive and inspire.
