Across the term, we have run almost 50 trips, both day and residential. Students from across the Senior School have had the opportunity to attend a range of visits to galleries, museums, theatre productions, concerts, and competitions.

Trips are a vital part of the Enrichment programme at NLCS, allowing students to explore their subjects and the world around them in a more practical way. It was superb, for example, that Classicists were able to attend trips to the British Museum, Y10 French students could attend the Chanel Exhibition at the VandA, and Y7 visited Hampton Court as part of their study of the Tudors. Competitions are also a brilliant way for students to challenge themselves in numerous contexts and our Chess Fixtures, Debating Competitions, and MUN Conferences demonstrated time and again the incredible prowess of students in these fields. This term also saw our annual Y8 Residential Trip to Bath and Bristol, along with residential trips slightly further afield to Normandy, the Bay of Naples, Dublin, Austria, Seville, and Portugal.
