North London Collegiate School is proud to celebrate another year of strong GCSE results.
79.4% of grades were awarded at grade 9, the highest proportion of grade 9s achieved in the school’s history on results day since numerical grades were introduced. In addition, 94.6% of grades were awarded at grades 9-8 and 98.5% at grades 9-7. A notable highlight of this year’s results was the exceptional performance in Mandarin, where 100% of students achieved grades A*-A.
The school is immensely proud of the hard work and commitment shown by students throughout their GCSEs.

“A huge congratulations to all our GCSE candidates on these stellar results. We are always impressed with the way in which students take on the exam period with purpose and resilience. Sitting upwards of 20 exams is a challenge few of us adults would relish, but our students do this in an impressively unflappable way. Throughout the course, they have also engaged wholeheartedly in their lessons. They understand that the true value of learning lies not in the results on the certificates but in the journey. Behind the results is a dedicated team of teachers and support staff who have guided, encouraged and supported students throughout their GCSE journey. Their care has played an important part in helping students reach this point.”
Students can now look ahead to an exciting new chapter at NLCS as they enter the Sixth Form, where they will pursue either A levels or the IB Diploma Programme.
