As our 20th year offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at NLCS ends, we are proud to announce another year of strong results.
This year’s cohort achieved an exceptional average score of 42.94 points. A result that cements NLCS among the top-performing IB schools in the UK and internationally.
We congratulate every student for their ambition and hard work, with a significant number achieving 44 or 43 points. Special recognition goes to Zahra, who achieved a perfect score of 45 points, a distinction achieved by just 0.3% of IB students worldwide.
Zahra achieved a perfect 45 points.
Our students will now go on to study a broad range of exciting subjects at leading global universities, including:
• History at the University of Oxford
• Human, Social, and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge
• Liberal Arts and Sciences at Yale University and the University of Chicago
• Biochemistry at Imperial College London
• Medicine at University College London
• Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Edinburgh
These destinations reflect not only the breadth of talent within the class of 2025, but also the global mindset and intellectual confidence that the IB nurtures so powerfully at NLCS.
Headmistress Vicky Bingham said:
“I offer my warmest congratulations to all our IB students on these outstanding results. It has been a joy to watch them embrace the IB with such energy and maturity. As we mark 20 years of the IB at NLCS, it feels especially rewarding to celebrate some of our strongest outcomes to date. I wish the girls every success as they take their exciting next steps.”
