The Junior School has had another great half term of sports, with swimming being a particular highlight!
We’ve had three fantastic swimming events this term. Two friendly galas for girls in Years 4 to 6 were held against Habs Girls and St Helens. The girls put in a lot of effort in their races, and both teams came out on top, winning both events. Well done to all the swimmers for their hard work and dedication!
The third event was the IAPS Swimming Qualifier, where eight girls from Year 5 and 6 raced to try and secure a place in the top 20 nationwide for their age and category. While we won’t know who has qualified for the finals at the London Aquatics Centre until the end of March, the girls swam really well and achieved some fantastic times. We’re excited to see how they do!
