We are delighted to invite you to an online interactive interview skills workshop presented by Amy Chalom (ONL 2006).
About Amy:
Amy, a Senior Performance Improvement Engineer at a Gulf Coast refinery discovered she loved interviews when she became a team lead and was tasked with getting the best out of each candidate. Going from loathing to loving is a recurring theme in Amy’s work from engineering to training development to system design and performance improvement. Amy is particularly interested in the idea that “a bad system will beat a good person any day” and believes that by better understanding systems, individuals can work more effectively and better align with their strengths and passions.
What to Expect:
This session will leave you feeling calmer, clearer, and more in control of your side of the interview process, enabling you to bring your best self to the table. Key themes will include values alignment and effective communication.
You will be able to submit questions during the session via the Teams chat. If you prefer to send a question, in advance, please email onla@nlcs.org.uk.
