A virtually sold-out PAC was treated to an evening of music by Middle School musicians last Thursday. The concert celebrated the life of Queen Elizabeth II by showing clips from significant moments of her career, as well as performing music that had a connection with the past two Jubilee celebrations. The range of ensembles made the evening very enjoyable for all, and the standard of playing was exceptionally high. All of Year 7 sang three songs that got the audience clapping along with delight, and the evening ended with energetic and musical performances by the Middle School Orchestra. Many thanks to all involved, and particularly to Miss Gibbs for providing three enjoyable drama items that further added to a varied and fun evening.
