Geography
A wide range of fieldtrips and other extra curricular activities are organised to enrich our students with a wider knowledge and understanding of the subject. Fieldwork is a vital part of geographical education, enabling students to see ‘for real' features of the physical and human worlds and to learn the techniques of primary data collection as part of the investigative process. Visits are arranged to eg. Walton on the Naze, Somerset, Dorset, France, Iceland and Morocco as well as ‘in house' activities such as the Yr 8 ‘Brazil Day' and Yr 9 ‘Fair Trade Day'
