Yr 5 to Preston Montford...

Just back from Half Term and Yr 5 were off for their annual trip to Shropshire. They visited Coalbookdale, Ironbridge and the beautiful Cardingmill Valley.

During the three-day trip they learnt, among other things, about the making of iron and the building of the famous Ironbridge. They spent their shillings and pence in the wonderful Victorian Town of Blists Hill and experienced the excitement of sharing dormitories for the first time. It was a great experience all round.
