We are delighted to announce another set of excellent results for our IB Diploma students.
For a sixth year running students have secured an average point score of over 40, typically placing our students in the top 5.3% of candidates worldwide, and comfortably within the top range of marks usually reserved for Oxbridge entry. 53% of entries in Higher Level subjects were graded 7, the equivalent of an A* grade at A level, while 86% of these entries were graded 7/6 (the equivalent of grades A* to A). Based on information to date, this places us first nationally in terms of both average point score and proportion of top grades.
No other school has consistently achieved an average Diploma score of 40 points; nor did any other UK school achieve an average points score of 40 last year, or indeed since NLCS has been offering the IB Diploma. We are confident, therefore, that these results will underscore North London Collegiate's status as one of the highest performing IB schools in the world.
These results reflect the hard work, dedication and subject passion of both students and staff, and we congratulate the girls on their achievements.
