On Saturday 10th October, Yr 6 A and B netball teams took part in the annual North London Collegaite School tournament held here at Canons.
The tournament grows every year with more and more schools taking part. This year 13 schools and a total of 20 teams attended; there were more than 300 people on site.
The B team played 8 games in total against 5 A teams and 3 B teams. They won 3 games, drew 1 and lost 4. They were seeded in group 3 for the second stage of the tournament where they finished in 3rd place.
Well done to all the B team: Stephanie Broomhead (Captain), Stephanie Lever, Hannah Teeger, Emily Otvos, Tamia Muramoto, Caroline Davis, Imogen Wynn and Anna Sayers.
B Team
The A team also played 8 games. They won 4 games, drew 1 and lost 3. They scored a total of 33 goals and conceded only 17. The team were seeded in the top group for the second stage of the day where they came 3rd, placing them 3rd overall out of 20 teams.
