During half term, a dedicated group of NLCS pupils took part in a Cross Country event held at Banister Stadium. We were fortunate enough to be able to enter a team from Yr 7, 8 and 9 and were extremely successful on the day with some exceptional individual performances. Schools could enter any number of pupils with the first four who crossed the line counting towards the team totals.

The Yr 9 team consisting of Priya Gopaldas, Aminah Sair, Amber Abrahams & Aashni Patel came a very close second along with the Yr 8 team whose first four runners were Megan Wilson, Stephanie Broomhead, Clare Brown & Emily Godwin. Other NLCS pupils who ran on the day were Ayse Kaban-Bowers, Cicley Rutnam, Sasha Abrahams, Maya Satheeskaran, Varuna Mitra, Emily Tang, Olivia Gurney-Randall & Elisabeth Joyce.
Well done to all these girls and thank you for your dedication.
