Rika Naganuma (Yr 13) has been selected to play in the National Youth Wind Ensemble. She will be playing the piccolo although her musical abilities span further as she also plays the flute. This will be Rika's fifth year playing in the National Youth Wind Ensemble.
She will be attending the group for a week during the Easter holidays. Among others, she will work up to a big performance at the end of the course. This will take place in Cambridge. Rika will also be playing in North London Collegiate School’s upcoming performance of Oliver.
The school is delighted with Rika’s achievement and wishes her all the best for the duration of the course.
