The semi-finals of the annual National Chamber Music competition are being held on 8th March 2009 at South Hampstead High School. With Chamber music being one of North London Collegiate School’s strengths, this year the school is proud to announce that we have 6 qualifying groups out of a possible 20, making us the most successful school in our competing area!
Remarkably, 4 of the 6 groups are coached by Pamela Moody (the school’s cello teacher) who has once again managed to get all her groups through.
We wish the best to the following girls who will be competing in the upcoming London semi-finals: Amanda Colman, Eun-Jee Chae, Deni Teo, Katie Kwong, Joanna Wu, Francesca Greenstreet, Rachel Khaw, Emily Gidda and Yat Wing Smart.
