The Middle School summer concert was a resounding success. Guests listened to brilliant performances from the Middle School girls and were able to enjoy drinks in the beautiful weather on the PAC decking before the concert and at the interval.
The concert opened with a Thunderbirds countdown and brilliant rendition of the famous theme tune immediately followed with a much-appreciated Abba medley which had the audience tapping their feet. Other performances included a spectacular Michael Jackson medley and Handelmania.
Both the flute and clarinet ensembles performed to a very high standard as did the piano trios. Guests were also treated to wonderful solo performances from Kiara Kottegoda on flute and Ilana Ledermann on violin.
A very polished chamber choir sang two delightful pieces and the concert finished with class performances from all Yr 7s including their performance of Don't stop Believin' which really was a perfect ending to a really perfect evening!
