The annual Mencap Fun Day took place on 8th May and was once again a great success. Thirteen children with special needs attended this amazing day. They were looked after and entertained by thirty NLCS girls from Years 7-12.

Activities included: face painting, biscuit decorating, swimming, football, arts and crafts, play-dough, soap bubbles, pass the parcel and a bouncy castle. All the children really enjoyed their day. They made lots of new friends and left smiling with gifts from pass the parcel.
Thanks to all the teachers and students who helped make the day possible. Special thanks to the Canonaid Committee and Mrs Wagner for organising the event.
