The final day of the Lower School Book Festival brought fun and entertainment in the form of two lively and engaging storytellers. Spud, who is Irish and Yam, from the Caribbean, captured the girls' imagination with tales from many cultures. Using a wide variety of musical instruments to add texture to their stories, they told tales with morals and made familiar stories feel new and fresh. The girls quickly joined in with their songs, rhymes and clapping games and the PAC was filled with laughter. It was a wonderful end to the half term.
