Carnivals Galore

The PAC was filled with the sights and sounds of the carnival on Tuesday evening as the Lower School Concert took place.  From calypso recorders to the jungle rhythm of the flutes, family and friends were entertained by the talented NLCS Junior girls

The Year 3 & 4 Choir was transformed into a pack of hungry lions with colourful masks, so much so that Miss White was frightened off the stage by their menacing roar!  The Year 5 & 6 Tortoises slowly made their way onto stage and amused the audience with their comical singing, whilst the dulcet tones of the Chamber Choir sang out.  The humorous narration was delivered with poise and the percussive samba group involved everyone in their performance.

The Lower School girls brought the concert to a close with a wonderful rendition of the Diamond Jubilee song, ‘Sing', which they sang with such gusto they could have heard it in Canons Park.
