Year 7 put in an excellent performance at the second North London Spelling Bee. Cheered on by their exuberant classmates Hannah Ramezani (7N), Sofia Sperber (7L) and Sasha Abrahams (7S) battled through rounds of increasing difficulty to be appointed to the official NLCS Spelling Bee team.

Competition for the final place on the team was fierce with Leona Koshutova (7C), Arianna Risoli (7L), Emily Joliffe (7S), Jungmin Seo (7G) and Lauren Botje (7G) competing in a further spell off. Jungmin emerged victorious to join the team and we look forward to seeing them in action in The Times National Spelling Bee later in the year.
