Careers’ Education and Guidance at North London is in tune with whole-school philosophy of fostering self-reliant and ambitious individuals.
Students are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to make fully informed decisions about their future careers and to manage transitions as learners. Students are given the opportunity firstly to become aware of their personal skills, qualities and achievements and secondly to learn how to make the most of these attributes with a view to promoting themselves in the world of work. They are stimulated to be confident and competent in decision-making and encouraged to make, implement and review their career plans.

Through events like Careers Conventions, Work Experience Programmes, Skills Days and strategically placed Career Guidance and Education through PSHE lessons, pupils are made aware of the full range of career options available to them.
We aim for all pupils to leave the school with the skills not only to make independent decisions about their own career paths and but also to access their chosen fields in the future.
